Who’s this course for?

This course is for anyone wanting to move into product operations, wants a refresher, or you’ve only been in the role for a short while. You’ll gain all the knowledge and insights to master product ops like a pro.

How does the course work?

Upon enrolling, you will get access to your student dashboard with welcome information. We'll keep you updated about your course timings and access.

On the day, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our expert as well as interact with your peers both during the session and beyond. Then, you'll have lifetime access to our OnDemand course content, including the exams, which you will need to take for your official certification.

Will I get certified on the day?

You will receive a certificate of attendance for joining our training but to receive full certification, you’ll need to pass all exams in the student dashboard. But don’t worry! You’ll be able to complete these at your own pace and you’ll become Product Operations Certified!

What happens if I don’t pass the exams?

If you happen to fail the first time, no worries! You'll have the chance to retake the exam. But if, unfortunately, you don't pass on the second try, you won't receive the certificate. It's not the end of the world, though! You'll still gain a ton of knowledge from the course. Plus, you'll have lifetime access to the course materials, so you can always go back and brush up on the parts you missed out on.

How long will I have access to the course content?

Once you pay for the course, you'll have unlimited access to all the content for life! There are no additional charges or limitations.
