On the day, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our expert as well as interact with your peers both during the training and beyond. Then, you'll have lifetime access to our OnDemand content, including the exams, which you will need to take for your official certification.

Will I get certified on the day?
Unfortunately not, but don't worry! To receive full certification, you’ll need to pass all exams in your student dashboard. You’ll be able to complete these at your own pace and you’ll become Product Operations Certified!
What happens if I don’t pass the exams?
If you happen to fail the first time, no worries! You'll have the chance to retake the exam. But if, unfortunately, you don't pass on the second try, you won't receive the certificate. It's not the end of the world, though! You'll still gain a ton of knowledge from the certification. Plus, you'll have lifetime access to the materials, so you can always go back and brush up on the parts you missed out on.
How long will I have access to the content?
Once you pay for the course, you'll have unlimited access to all the content for life! There are no additional charges or limitations.
